Anyway, I have been thinking about global warming while I was chipping ice from my car’s windshield and prying open my car doors that were slightly frozen shut. I am sure everyone is aware about the snow, ice and cold that has swept through California the past few days and as a matter of fact it is still cold. Yeah, I know… Californians don’t know cold. Well, for it to dip down into the 30’s with rain turning into ice, is too cold for this transplant and I know cold, I am originally from the Great Diary State.

I don’t recall it being this cold in Southern California. I remember last year going into work at 5am and freezing; however, by the time the sun came out it warmed up to the high 60’s to low 70’s which is perfect. The last few days it is staying in the 40’s to 50’s during the day. Too cold for me. I moved to California to get away from low temperatures. As much as I am complaining about the cold spell here, I am fascinated. I wonder if we will get any more storms similar to the one we just had.

Hey Al! I thought our planet had a fever and we are suffering through global warming. What the hell happened you con-artist? I live in Southern California freezing my butt off, I wish it was global warming, I would enjoy it more than this global freezing.

I just don’t understand how some fools fall for the preaching of the “Almighty Al,” believing he and his so-called scientists know for a fact the Earth is dying from global warming caused by Man but, yet our own weather men can’t predict accurately what the weather will be like the next day.
