ALRIGHT!!!! My first cigar review for my blog. About time… Anyway, I attended the Gurkha Cigar Event at the Tobacco Barn in Lake Forest, CA 2 weeks ago. And I was given the Gurkha Ancient Warrior Robusto cigar. WOW! What a good little cigar. I smoked it right down to end and I still didn’t want to put it out. Very tasty and had a  nice even burn all the way down to the nub and very consistent.  The size is 4.5 in length and a 52 ring gauge. The wrapper is Brazilian, the binder is Nicaraguan and the filler is Dominican/Honduran. I love Nicaraguan tobacco, has to be my favorite.
I just smoked this cigar while at work after a delicious Mexican lunch consisting of two carne asada tacos and some chips with salsa. Washed it all down with ice cold water. I know, I wish the beverage would been something with alcohol but, I was at work. Do I recommend this cigar? Heck YEAH!!! The cigar is so good The Tobacco Barn sold out of them that night. I can’t wait until they get more in.
Until next time, Smoke ‘Em If You Got ‘Em.
